- 1.Available Cards
The credit cards you can use are VISA, Mastercard, JCB, American Express, and Diners. Prepaid cards and debit cards are also accepted, but some cards may not be usable. Please note that if you use a debit card, it may take time to process refunds due to changes or cancellations.
Additionally, when using a credit card, registration for 3D Secure Authentication is required. Credit cards not registered for the authentication service cannot be used, so please confirm in advance. For details on the registration process, please contact your credit card issuer. - 2.Payment Completion and Ticketless
Once payment is completed with a credit card, you can use the ticketless service. For check-in, you will need an authentication code (*1) and personal identification information (*2).- (*1)Flight number and reservation number or Reference number that proves you own an electronic ticket.
- (*2)Information such as the phone number used at the time of reservation.
- 3.Timing of Payment
When you press the Purchase button on the online reservation service, the charge (single payment) will be made to your credit card, and the reservation will be completed. Only single payments are accepted. - 4.Cancellations and Refunds
A prescribed fee will be charged for cancellations and refunds after purchase. Cancellations can be made online before the departure time. After cancellation, the amount after deducting the fee will be refunded to your credit card. For cancellations after the departure time, please contact our Reservation Center or airport counter. Refunds cannot be made after the refund deadline has passed. - 5.Prohibition of Unauthorized Use
If fraudulent input or actions are detected, the reservation may be canceled without notice. In the event of damages, compensation may be sought. - 6.Issuance of Receipts
Receipts can be requested at the airport counter or accessed via our website's "On-Screen E-Receipt Web Service". - 7.About Refunds
Refunds due to changes or cancellations will be processed through your credit card company. Please note that it may take time to process the refund. - 8.Other Notes
If approval from the card company cannot be obtained within a certain period, the reservation may not be completed. In such cases, please follow the instructions on the screen to try again or contact our Reservation Center.
